The capital city of Kebbi State, Birnin Kebbi was the cynosure of attention over the weekend, as the daughter of Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister for Justice, Abubakar Malami weds.

The nuptial tie between Fatiha Malami’s daughter, Zakiyya and Saifullahi Gishiri, the groom was held at the palace of the Emir of Gwandu, Alhaji Muhammadu Bashar.

The gorgeous bride wore the famous and very expensive Iro and Buba from designer, Deola Sagoe’s latest Komole collection, Teintes De Bijoux 2018. As gathered, the Komole costs between N500,000 – N1.5 million naira per outfit, and she wore two.

The marriage ceremony was graced by the crème de la crème in the society. Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, governors of Kaduna, Kastina, Jigawa, Zamfara, Sokoto as well as the host governor, Atiku Bagudu were present.

Also in attendance were the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Comptroller- General of Immigration, Ministers of Defence, Transport and Education, as well as the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources.
